Mattress Safe, a manufacturer of bed bug, waterproof and allergy mattress encasements, appointed Andrea Hancock as its new chief executive officer. Hancock transitions into the role after serving as the company’s vice president. She succeeds her father, Will Poston, who led the company for the past two decades.

Her leadership and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction have been instrumental in the company’s growth and success.
Under her leadership, Mattress Safe will continue to focus on expanding its global reach, enhancing sustainability efforts and developing innovative solutions for pest protection and hygienic bedding.

In 2004, Andrea Hancock, CEO of Mattress Safe, wanted the right mattress protector to protect memory foam mattresses that did not require professional cleaning. After researching fabrics to protect memory foam and other mattress types, Hancock and her parents decided to create the company to sell mattress protectors. The company has grown over the years and now offers solutions for the control of bed bugs, dust mites, bacteria, incontinence and bed wetting.
