Industry veteran Adam Holt has started a new pest control consulting firm, Namedatbug Consulting. The board-certified entomologist (BCE) is based in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. He named the company after his TikTok channel, which has more than 536,000 followers.
Among Holt’s services are:
- Implementation of a monthly continuing education program (CEU) tailored for individual pest control companies
- Remote training on a variety of target pest species, as well as function as a contract entomologist for a company to confirm insect identifications
- Reviews of a company’s current training materials with suggested enhancements
- Creation and maintenance of a company-wide quality assurance (QA) program
- Analysis of a company’s software system to ensure it is being optimized
- Marketing via social media
The 25-year-plus industry veteran has worked in cannabis, commercial, mosquito and residential pest control. In addition, he has worked on the pest control software side while holding a patent for an electronic rodent monitoring device.
