AXN Growth Partners, the parent company of ACTION Termite and Pest Control, recently formed a strategic partnership with Urban Desert Pest Control, a residential and commercial pest control company based in Phoenix, Ariz. The move marks AXN’s seventh partnership in the last 11 months and increases its presence in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.
“With over two decades of pest control expertise, Urban Desert will be instrumental in helping us continue to grow in the Phoenix market,” said Brent Agee, CEO of AXN Growth Partners, “Brad and Trista Olsen, founders of Urban Desert, will continue in leadership roles with AXN and Urban Desert, respectively. We are excited for the future as we combine forces and share resources to deliver even greater service to our clients.”
The partnership is AXN’s first in 2025 and sixth in the Phoenix metro area. It was made to enhance its market presence and customer density throughout the broader Phoenix market.
