Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators acquired River City Termite & Pest Control. The move gives Arrow a business in the Baton Rouge market and will serve both residential and commercial customers throughout southern Louisiana.
“Founded in 2007, River City Termite & Pest Control is a very established and extremely well-respected name in the Baton Rouge market and we are really proud to have this strong team of professionals join the Arrow family,” stated Tim Pollard, Arrow’s president and chief operating officer. “Louisiana is an important state to us as we look to expand our footprint and bring our service to more new markets. We continuously look to merge with high-quality companies who share our goals, principles and culture and I believe we found the perfect fit with River City Termite & Pest Control.”
River City Termite & Pest Control will complement Arrow’s offices in Lake Charles, La., and Picayune, Miss., and will ultimately operate under the Stark Exterminators brand.

The acquisition is the latest move for the company as earlier this year it added Anchor Environmental in Charleston, S.C., and McKenzie Pest Control based in Lake Charles, La.
