Arrow Exterminators’ award trip celebrates sales excellence

Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators recently held its annual Pinnacle Club award trip in New Orleans, La. The event recognizes the company’s top-producing service professionals and inside sales specialists and is earned by reaching goals set for sales and outstanding service efforts. The Pinnacle Club also recognizes members of Arrow’s management team who achieved their safety goals at their service centers for the past fiscal year.

An astounding 254 award recipients and their guests were invited to enjoy the weekend and to attend the awards banquet.

“Pinnacle Club is a wonderful opportunity to honor and reward our team members for their commitment and dedication,” said Joe Thomas, chairman of the board. “We are excited for the opportunity to give them a well-deserved thank you and celebrate their accomplishments each year.”

During the awards reception, the annual Pillar of Excellence Award was presented to three individuals. This award is given to those who display exceptional and high levels of outstanding performance in their position, whether it be an inside sales specialist or service professional. The recipients of this award included Senior Inside Sales Specialist Connie Bradford, Service Professional Jason Szatmary, and Service Professional Josh Ables.

“We had yet another phenomenal record-setting year, and I could not be prouder of the hard-working folks who qualified for Chairman’s Club and Pinnacle Club,” commented Emily Thomas Kendrick, Arrow’s CEO. “We are sincerely proud of Connie, Jason, Josh and all of our team members and are looking forward to another great year!”
