Lindsey Marker, regional manager at Sprague Pest Solutions, a commercial pest management services provider, was named a recipient of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) 2025 Impact Award for Women in Pest Management. This national recognition highlights Marker’s leadership and the impact she continues to make within her team and the broader pest management community.

- Promoted to operations manager in 2013 and branch manager in 2016.
- In 2024, she was promoted to district manager, leading operations across Utah and Southern Nevada.
- Earlier this year, Marker was promoted to regional manager, which reflects her role in Sprague’s growth and market development strategy.

Sprague team member elected to Colorado Pest Control Association board
In other Sprague news, Jessicah Nelson, route manager from the Denver, Colo., branch, has been elected to serve on the board of the Colorado Pest Control Association (CPCA). She will serve a three-year term to help support and advance the state’s pest management industry.
In addition to her new board position, Nelson is currently the co-chair of the Denver chapter of the Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM). Nelson, alongside other passionate members of Sprague’s Denver team, helped establish the team in 2024. The chapter has become a hub for mentorship, networking and support for women in the industry.
“Jessicah leads with a servant’s heart. She steps up to make the industry better for everyone, and she’s never afraid to challenge the status quo when it means creating new opportunities,” said Kolbin Bertilson, regional manager at Sprague. “Her election to the CPCA board is a testament to her hard work, integrity and vision for the future.”
