Pest Stop Pest Control has been sold to company CEO Billy Olesen, ACE. Olesen is the adopted son of longtime owner Chuck Sullivan. This transition marks a new chapter for the family-owned business, which offers pest control services to communities from South Seattle through Northwest Oregon. Sullivan started Chuck Sullivan Exterminators in 1989, later rebranding it to Pest Stop in 2019.
“I am confident that Billy will lead Pest Stop to new heights,” said Sullivan. “His passion for the industry, combined with his deep understanding of our community and his commitment to environmental stewardship, makes him the ideal person to take the reins.”
Olesen is actively involved in the political arena, advocating for the pest management industry and promoting environmentally conscious practices. Per a news release his leadership promises to “further strengthen Pest Stop’s commitment to community well-being and its dedication to providing safe, effective and sustainable pest control solutions.”
“I am honored to carry on the legacy my father built,” said Olesen. “Pest Stop has always been about more than just eliminating pests; it’s about protecting homes, families, and the environment. I am excited to lead the company into a new era, leveraging technology like drone inspections and embracing sustainable practices.”
Pest Stop will continue to offer its comprehensive range of pest control services, including rodent control, ant control and solutions for a variety of other pests.
